AI connections
Connect an AI client to your Music workspace, see exactly what each one was allowed to do, watch what it has actually done, and stop it whenever you want.
The connector
https://assistwithmusic.com/mcpAny AI client that speaks current Streamable HTTP MCP and can complete an OAuth sign-in should be able to connect.
If your AI shows no tools, or the wrong ones
An empty tool list
That is what no active grant looks like from the other side. Music refuses to list tools a connection is not allowed to use, so a client that shows nothing is usually a connection that was revoked, expired, or never approved here. Approve one above, then refresh the connection in your client.
A stale tool list
Clients cache the tools they saw when they first connected, so after a Music deploy your AI can keep offering an old list. Disconnect and reconnect the connector in your client, or use its refresh/reload option. Reconnecting never deletes your music records, and it does not change what you approved here.
If a client cannot connect at all
You are not stuck. Every handoff also works by hand: open your Queue, open the item you want help with, and copy its brief into whatever AI you are using. Paste the result back into the same item. The work lands in exactly the same place a connected client would have put it — the connection is a convenience, not a requirement.
